    Im already rather light skinned, indian/asian kind of complex. I have tried a couple of skin-lightening pills, its very hard to make your skin look brighter with a pill i think, so dont expect miracles with any kind of pills! but however with this i can clearly se a differens within just a few weeks! I recently started to take it along with "ivory caps glutathione" and it seems to work even better! One person found this helpful

    These are okay, you must buy at least 3 to 4 to see the brightening, in my opinion. If you're of fair skin this will work. If your of a darker mocha it may take longer
